The Confectionery Industry in a New Nordic Food Conference

Nordic Food has become the most important supplier of ingredients and accessories for the Romanian confectionery industry with the acquisition of Dupont Ingredient, and with this occasion we have organized a new press conference in partnership with pastel agency.



16 journalists from the Business and HoReCa press, as well as cooking and lifestyle bloggers have learned from Ciprian Moldoveanu on 25 July how the confectionery industry in Romania evolved, what are the trends in this sector and what represents the complete support that Nordic Food offers to those who want to open a successful business in the desserts segment in Romania.



Ana Consulea, a renowned confectionary master and one of our partners, has prepared a live demonstration for the guests using the Nordic Food ingredients she uses every day.



We enjoyed the presence of the bloggers Cristina Mazilu (Mazilique), Mihaela Sava (Prajiturela), Cristina Toth (Diva in Bucatarie), Mihaela Negrescu (Fantezia in Bucatarie), and journalists from Ziarul Financiar, Wall Street, Biz Magazine, Horeca Romania, Horeca Insight and New Money.
