From 11 to 13 June, we were invited to an experience exchange by our Surgital partners at their headquarters in the famous Emilia Romagna region, in Lavezzola.
In the 3 days training we enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the Surgital team, visited the factory where we tasted the ingredients they use in the production of their famous pasta, we enjoyed the specialties of the area and visited the old town of San Marino.
During this trip we also visited De Gusto - Academia della Pasta Surgital and we discovered a new range of pasta prepared by the Surgital professionals. The new Surgital pasta range will soon be included in the Nordic Food portfolio.
