In nearly 20 years of financial activity, Adrian has accumulated results and experiences that have added value to every company he was part of. He has worked in various fields and is passionate about both Financial and IT. Adrian joined the Nordic team in 2010, contributing significantly to today’s company results.
Nucu has a solid career, 20 years in FMCG, and the last 14 years in management positions. Formed in corporate business, but having a consistent exposure also to entrepreneurial environment, he has a deep understanding of the particularities of both areas. Beginning 2015, Nucu brought with him all his knowledge and skills, but also a management style that scores exactly what he likes in this company, the fact that it is a business that improves people's lives every day.
Nordic Logistic Executive Manager
Daniel has accumulated over 14 years of logistics experience in several multinational companies, but also in some with Romanian capital. For 5 years he was Sales Manager for logistics services within a third party logistics company, implementing several contracts for important clients on the Romanian market. After several years of Supply Chain Manager experience in various industries such as fashion and retail, Daniel joined the Nordic team in 2018.
Human Resources Manager
Mihaela joined the Nordic team in early 2017 after gaining over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, in different industries and from different perspectives. To her specific experience, she also added the coordination of a organizational transformation program, as well as managing the safety activity within a multinational company in the building materials industry.
With over 15 years of experience in IT, Florin has developed and implemented several applications for multinational companies, both as an IT Manager and as a Project Manager, thus contributing to their development. He joined the Nordic team in 2017, contributing to implement the TMS solution and taking over several critical business projects.
Food Service Comercial Manager
Viorel joined the Nordic team in 2017. Graduate of the EMBA Asebuss course, he has over 15 years experience in the B2B and HoReCa area. The passion for HoReCa began with the arrival of Starbucks in Romania, where he had the role of Operational Manager. The experience of recent years on both national and international projects in the Food Service area, the passion for people and product development based on customer experience, recommended him to join the Nordic team.
Thomas studied Public Alimentation in France. After 20 years of experience (France, USA and Romania) in various fields of activity, such as: Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Retail and Entrepreneurship in distribution, Thomas joined the Nordic Group team and will contribute to the development of the companies through the post of Acquisition Manager, taken over 2018.
Over the past 7 years Thomas has developed skills in the distribution of raw materials for confectionery and HoReCa and has set up a professional confectionary school.
Commercial Retail Manager
Catalin took over the coordination of the Retail department at the beginning of 2019. He has over 18 years experience in Sales and Marketing, in Romania and in the Republic of Moldova, demonstrating throughout his professional career solid results both in the managed commercial activities and in the major projects he coordinated. We are confident that the leadership shown in his last roles, the inclination for people development, customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration will help Catalin continue the success story of the Retail Department.
